  1. Go to “Control Panel”=>”Administrative Tools”=>”Services” and enable the “Theme” service
  2. Right click on the desktop=>”Properties”=>”Themes”=>select “Windows XP” from the theme list=>click “OK” or “Apply”
  3. Enjoy the lovely Windows XP style!
